How the license limits the work

We operate a licensed processing facility on Long Island supporting New York adult-use cannabis products — from extraction and infusion through packaging and labeling — under Office of Cannabis Management rules. Packaging, labeling, testing, security, and traceability requirements are day-one constraints.

The Office of Cannabis Management’s public Type 1 materials describe that license type the same way, and they say a processor performs only the activities approved for its own license. Those materials also note extra prior written approval before hydrocarbon or other volatile-solvent extraction. This page does not say whether that approval is part of license OCM-PROC-24-000224. It does not list products, batch sizes, lead times, or prices.
